Q. What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy fishing, mountain biking and wake surfing.  I have been mountain biking since the early 1990’s and currently coach the Hoover High School mountain bike team. My 15-year-old twin sons both ride on the team.

Q. What is something most people don’t know about you?

I’m the youngest of 6 kids and was the first of my siblings to graduate college.  I grew up in a very small town that to this day does not have its first traffic light. I had my first job in the 7th grade feeding chickens in a chicken house.

Q.What’s your favorite part of working with RES clients?

I really enjoy seeing the services we provide add tremendous value for our clients and make them stars within their organizations.  I like that we are seen as an extension of their teams working hand in hand with them to solve their problems and improve processes.

Q. How is it different than what you did before?

Before forming RES in 2016 with Charles and Andrew, I was working for CBRE as an Alliance Director for a regional banking client. I managed teams providing transaction management, lease administration and occupancy planning services. Now my role is still centered on serving clients, but my responsibilities on running our own company are much broader than before.  One day you are working directly with a client and the next you are working on outstanding receivables or marketing materials.
